Mother’s Day Fairy Garden

I made my mom a fairy garden for Mother’s Day. She likes plants and she likes little things so I know she’ll be tickled pink by this gift.

I wanted to do this last year when a coworker told me about it but I didn’t have time. So this year I finally got around to it! Besides the little house (bought at Michaels), plants and dirt, everything was purchased at the dollar store. Don’t think I’m cheap people, I also bought her some nice jewelry. LOL Anyway, this is the perfect craft to do with kids and it doesn’t break the bank.

I think I’m going to buy a bigger pot and do a more ornate one with wooden benches and a bridge. Pinterest is great for inspiration. But I’ll do that one with my mom. 😛
