I am a one book at a time reader. My goodreads right now would beg to differ because I have 3 books on my currently reading shelf but 2 are library books and I’m waiting to get them back. LOL
So yeah, I read one book at a time. I have in the past tried to read more than 1 book and it doesn’t work. I end up not reading either book and then it takes longer to get back into either one.
So are you a monogamist or a serial reader? Curious minds want to know.
I used to be a one book at a time reader but not anymore. A lot of the times I read one book at work and one book at home, unless I’m reading a book that I am loving then I finish that book and then pick two new books to read. LOL.

Usually two books at once – but different formats. Usually reading one book (either in print or in e) and listening to something else on audio.

Monogamist reader I am. Also, we read so fast that sometimes, you don’t really have time to start something at the same time LOL. At least, that’s the case for me when I’m in a good rhythm. If I start a second book, there’s a huge change I’ll finish that second book before going back to the first book.
