LOL Let me explain that title. I measure my life in books. When spending money on something that I want (but don’t need), I think about how many books I could buy instead of that item. An example being those in my circle of friends like to gamble from time to time. $20 here or there. And for me? I’d rather spend that money on books.
And then we got news at work – we’re moving to a new location in November outside of town. Both my current offices are near bookstores (one location even has the bookstore on my route home). New location? Not near a bookstore. When a coworker asked me what I thought about the new location, I made a sad face and said it’s not close to a bookstore. Meaning to go to the bookstore after work (or over lunch, whico measureh I do sometimes to browse) will no longer be an option with this new location.
And don’t get me started on reading time! LOL
Do you use books to measure anything? Please don’t tell me I’m alone in this! haha

I do it sometimes, but it’s not foremost in my mind. I guess I don’t have that much expenses that I need to save the money for the books 😛 As for bookstores, I don’t go as often as I used to, so it doesn’t really matter to me that none is really on my route. I’ll do the extra trip when I need to 🙂
