Week in Review: March 6 – 12

I don’t have too much to say about my past week. It was cold and I stayed in most nights. I did go out on Thursday night (I swear it was the coldest night of the year, at least -35 C!) to see the Shack with my mom, aunt, uncles and cousin. We had all read the book. I enjoyed the movie – it had an uplifting message. The other highlight of my week was my parents’ 34th wedding anniversay on Sunday. We went out for supper and had a blast.

Under Locke by Mariana Zapata: this was a re-read. I really enjoy MZ’s writing and Under Locke was no exception. Out of all the other MZ titles I’ve read so far, this was the only one I haven’t re-read. I honestly think I enjoyed it more the second time around. I wasn’t gobbling it down, I was savouring it. If that makes sense. haha

I hope your reading picks up this week and that you have a fabulous week with better weather. Fingers crossed!
