I had an exciting Sunday last week and I ended up not having time to write a WiR post. Yesterday wasn’t exciting but time got away from me so this is coming a week and a day late. LOL
So the previous week (12 to 18) was relatively quiet leading up to the weekend. My baby brother turned 21! I went to see Rough Night with a friend and then on Sunday my mom and I went out to visit my Grandfather for Father’s Day. My own dad had to work that day so we did a big dinner for him on Saturday evening. The weather was perfect on Sunday so after we had a late lunch/early supper we hung out outside around the fire. The pic above is She-ra running around FREE for the first time in years. I say years because my aunt and cousins have had big dogs for the last while and I could never let She-ra be off leash. But there were no dogs on Sunday. Unfortunately, I found a woodtick on my back when we got home. OMG I was terrified. Woodticks are my biggest phobia. Ugh. Sunday night we had a family emergency so I didn’t go to sleep until 4am Monday morning. Double ugh.
Now this past week was awesome. I was off from Wednesday to Friday. LOL I painted! I read. I watched a bunch of movies. It was me time to the nth degree. It poured rain too so I didn’t even feel guilty about doing nothing. ha!
Ok, here’s what I read in the past two weeks:
BOOKS READ
Dating You / Hating You by Christina Lauren
Dear Aaron by Mariana Zapata
My Roommate’s Girl by Julianna Keyes
Savor the Moment by Nora Roberts
When Dimple Met Rishi by Sandhya Menon
CURRENTLY READING
Shield of Winter by Nalini Singh
So that was my week. How was yours?
As you know, my week was absolutely crazy with graduations and grad parties so I didn’t read anything until Sunday but ever since then, I’ve been cranking out these books.
I can’t wait to read Dimples so I’m glad to see that you enjoyed it so much. That makes me even more anxious.
Have a great week, Ames!

Book Twin – I am obsessed with MZ. Kulti is my favourite book of hers. I haven’t read Lingus or Rhythm, Chord and Malykhin yet. I like to have a few back ups to look forward to.

😀 I loved KULTi – Winnipeg even more and Wait For It was right there a top contender. Under Locke was great too. I didn’t like her older books as much as I loved her newer books but they are still great. And Dear Aaron was very unique.
