I’ve always heard that it takes 21 repetitions for something to become a habit. I’m currently reading the Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg so we’ll see if that’s true.
Until I’m done that book however, I have come up with a 30 Day blog challenge. Over the years my blogging has become quite stagnant and I thought if I blogged every day for thirty days, even if its random stuff and not necessarily book related, that I would get back into the habit of blogging.
This is a personal challenge for myself but feel free to join in. All you have to do is blog every day in the month of May. And yes, I know May has 31 days so you can start tomorrow. LOL
